She’s faced her share of unsolicited opinions—about how she looks, how she should be—

but she knows exactly who she is and what she’s worth.

Ritu hails from Kolkata and comes from a humble middle-class background.

A graduate with big dreams, she joined us with one purpose: to do something meaningful—for her family and for society.

She’s been with us since the very beginning, creating magic with her hands and soul.
